Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Dry ink!
The ink was dry. I thought it would be just the first page or 2 but I’m still having trouble with it. Really disappointed

As true to color as possible...
I have been using this brand of ink for years and use the reward program as the ink is expensive. I have many health issues but I can take pictures and printing my pictures using my HP printer gives me tremendous pleasure. My trusty old HP printer is on it’s last legs. When and if I can with the world in crisis I will try to purchase a new HP.

Not so great
Bought a full set of replacement cartridges before the shutdowns but only recently needed to install them. They would align and the XL black cartridge ended up leaking inside the printer. Bought a second on line and again bad luck. The only one that would allow the printer to print was the old original now inkless cartridge. Everything got so bad we had to buy s new pr...
