Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Reliable HP Ink Cartridges
I have always had excellent performance from HP cartridges. I would always suggest people take their old cartridges when they buy new ones to be more certain they are getting the right ones. I had a real problem getting the right size black cartridge requiring 4 trips to Staples. But Staples was really helpful with trying to work this out even allowing us to exchange...

XL expectations
I never seem to see that the XL expectation is met and that you get more copies from the standard cartridge.

Failed in printer
Printer HP Photosmart 7525. This cartridge failed to print in this printer when the cartridge was new out of the box.

It was just what my mother in law needed
I was glad the ink was in stock. My mother in law does not drive because of her Illness . The ink was needed for her printer. I would recommend Staples.

Too expensive!
We don’t use our printer much and almost always print in just black and still have to replace the blue yellow and black cartridge too often! Just cost over $100 last week!
