Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Can't use them
I had to purchase a new HP printer; these do not fit it. They're going back to Staples.

564 XL HP Ink
Love HP ink cartridges. I’ve never had an issue with one for many many years. They are easy to find. Prices are competitive. Expiration dates are way in the future so it doesn’t waste my money by expiring too soon. They are a great company. I support that type of business.

564XL Hp black ink Cartridge
Ink is astonishingly expensive for this home purpose use printer. The ink cartridge used is 564XL which is the extended Life ink cartridge which gives more than the regular however still doesn't last long at all good for about 500 pages.

Simple purchase!
I needed a new cartridge for my used new printer brought into the home. I was helped immediately And given information about the cartridges I new nothing about. Brought my replacement home with no problems. Thanks staples!
