After reviewing the cost of toner directly from Dell on line I found your product to be very over priced.

Great service
I ordered the wrong cartridge then had difficulty processing the return on line. Through a chat session the agent walked me through the return and ordered a replacement. Replacement came within days. Return was received and processed within days. Refund was a little slow and took a few days thereafter. Product works fine service was great.

I have purchased this toner cartridge several times from Staples online. It is a better price than the Dell website and I got it quicker. I also got free shipping! I'm all for saving money not sacrificing quality and great customer service.
