I am very pleased with the assembly. I will however offer a little bit of advice if you are considering this to help you understand the process better. 1.) When you checkout, you will be given an assembly date that is the same as the delivery date of your piece...NOTE: this is not accurate. You have to call and schedule your assembly. 2.) A few very small blemishes on the desk. The black marker which was supplied covered them for the most part.

Assembly of File Cabiet
Great service BUT waited a long time to get someone to do the job from SPAR. A piece was damaged BUT the assembler told me exactly how to acquire replacement.

desk was good surprise; SPAR was terrible surprise
The desk is wonderful, SPAR was not. They made you wait long time for them to come out to our house. The one drawer did not fit and could not be put together. Tech person said he would order replacement parts. Then we would hear from him when parts came in, he would come back to finish job. Well, 2 months went by and no word. Ron was excellent!
He arrived on time. He went right to work. When he was finished the computer desk looked and worked as expected. Equally important, the room was as neat as a pin.
