Single Desk chair
Chair was purchased on Tuesday delivered on Wednesday in a box. I paid for assembly but the sales Person charged me double what he should have. The spar customer service rep. Advised me of this But I had to call Staples back to get this resolved. Assembly scheduled for the following Monday, and I felt like five days was too long to Wait. Desk setup
The gentleman that they sent was a nice person. The call center said that the job would take any where between 90-120 minutes. It took this technician 240 minutes.

Easy and efficient process!
Making the appointment for the assembly of a desk was very easy and efficient. The couple who completed the assembly arrived as scheduled and let me know when they were on their way. 1. The technician did a good job in assembling the desk. Some parts were not complete in the packaging at the time of his work, so he had to leave to go buy the missing parts to complete the work.
