extremely disappointed defective product
I spent the extra for 'high' yield- supposed to get 10 000 copies- I ordered 2. The 1st cartridge got me 7 936 copies. Then on opening the 2nd cartridge bag black powder exploded all over myself and my office. it was unusable. So I wasted over $200 but worse- can't print anything.

Fast accuarte shipping...
The item doesn't seem to yield the page count even after having the Technician adjust the Xerox.
