This shredder works as it should but it's pretty loud. The bags also do not fit very well so every time you open the bin paper shreds fall out into the floor.

So far...So good!
We have only had the shredder for a few weeks but love it so far! It seems to be very well made heavy duty quiet works great looks great. All in all we are very happy with the product and VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUILL STAFF WHO ASSISTED US IN MAKING THIS PURCHASE!

Great machine 2 issues
Works great,, but i have two issues. When shredding a lot of documents, the chad can build up in a pile and cause a false full indication. While this is easy to fix by stirring the chad in the bin with my hand, I really shouldn't have to do this. My second issue is that it is hard to guage the size of a stack of paper that will not jam the feeder. The indicator assumes ...

Great shredder!
I've used several wastepaper basket type shredders that jam can only shred a few sheets at a time overheated in less than 10 minutes so I could only use the shredder for 10 minutes every hour and small bits of paper stuck in the shredding teeth. Fellowes 125Ci -- UNQUALIFIED 5-STAR RATING
This is my 3rd Fellowes across the years. The previous one was a 95Ci. I needed another and got the 125Ci - a bit bigger. These are AMAZING devices. They just work, no matter what. You don't "coddle" it. 20 sheets. Cannot jam. Just oil it periodically. Love it. Customer for life!

Sleek and quiet
This shredder is nice and quiet compared to our old model. It is light & easy to move however the light plastic makes me question the durability of the product. It seems to work well so far and doesn't jam. The quality of the shred is nice whether on paper or cards. Large and durable

A shredder for our needs
This is an excellent product. If there is on thing I would change it would be having the slot centered over the basket more. Alot of paper drops to the back of the container. More than necessary mess to clean up.

Hi Beanbaggirl! Thank you for sharing your review. We recommend oiling the blades with liquid shredder lubricant (Fellowes' # 35250) every time you empty the basket. This will allow the unit to not only run at peak performance, but will allow the paper shreds to drop more freely into the basket! We hope this helps!

Awesome Shredder
I would like to have to not use a plastic bag in the shredder bin , instead paper recycling bags should be recommended, better all around for the Environment.

Works as advertised. Won't take paper stack that would jam the shredder. Does stop when hands are too close. Let my granddaughters shred without any worries. Fast shredding. Only drawback is that some of the cut paper ends up outside of the bin. Just extra clean up, not bad though. Comes with bags and oil.

Good but some improvements needed
I have a lot of experience with shredders that I have used in my home office. I have to do that because of my type of business where I use a lot of paper and to protect confidentiality of my clients and myself.
