Canon 240XL & 241XL ink
These ink cartridges last a long time. I wish they were less expensive. I guess they are all expensive

My first order was delivered to the wrong house in a different town. They promised me another set of ink cartridges the next day. Here it is five days later and I still don’t have my replacement cartridges. I keep getting an update that keeps just saying delayed delayed delayed. . This is un Acceptable!!

Only 1 cartridge received but ordered 2
Cartridge is fine. But I ordered, and was charged for, two of the Canon 240XL cartridges, but only received one. There is no way to handle this online...no button to click to indicate that there was a problem with the order. I mostly need to use delivery because I am in a wheelchair and do not drive. I expect better from Staples, where I have shopped for many years. Car...

Merchandise is fine
The purchase was fine. Thecondition of the store left a lot to be desired. The bath room was terrible. There was no soap to wash your hands. That means that every male employeethat uses the bathroom returns work worthless washing their hands.
