HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

product was defective
The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

Dependable toners
HP Toners always work. I've seen other brands cause printer problems. I've never seen an HP toner fail.

Good quality but TOO expensive
Just like the razor blade companies, make the actual product reasonably priced then stick it to the consumer when supplies are needed.

I got it in 3 days and it works.
I ordered it and over the weekend I got it. It's toner, so it pretty much works once you add it to your printer.

Good quality toner, but way too expensive. I understand that selling toner IS the modern business model for print divisions of any company making printers, but this strategy will only last so long.

I use only HP original toner cartridges--no refills. Shipping was immediate. Discount was beneficial.
