HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

product was defective
The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

More Pricey than generic brands
Using an HP manufactured toner cartridge is more pricey than buying the generic brands and I have yet to discover the difference. This is OEM and works as advertised.

I always buy HP Brand toner and I am never disappointed. My HP printer works as well as the day I bought it and always has. Stick with the original equipment manufacturer for the best performance.

Always a good product with HP & Staples!
I really like HP printers and toner/ink. I seem to have had issues in the past with other brand printers and the toner; leaking out in the printer and on the floor when I take it out for a jam or to shake it. I don't have that issue with HP toner and I LOVE IT!!!
