HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

product was defective
The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

Great product, but highly overpriced
This product along with the three other color cartridges make this great machine very expensive to operate. I think HP could do better in taking care of their faithful customers.

Great Toner Just too Pricey
Why HP toner never goes on sale or money saving coupons. I also would like to see bigger rebate for turning in toner catridges. We spend $122.00 and only get $2.00 or $3.00 back too cheap. Especially for frequent users.

HP Cartridge Toner
It lasts much longer than the old ink jet printer. HP doesn't offer as many sales on the color laser printer as they do with the ink jet and each cartridge costs much more.
