HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

product was defective
The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

Good quality but TOO expensive

I purchased my HP2020 several years ago when the printer came on the market. I have always used the original ink cartridges recommended because of the church bulletins I print each week. The quality is superb, clear and bright. I am not pleased with the price because I buy so much, but I am very pleased with the outcome of all the colors.

Great Ink Cartrridge
I always recommend people spend as much as they can on a printer, as the cost of ink over the life of the printer will be many times what you paid. That's the case with my HP CP2025, which is still going strong!
