HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

product was defective
The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

Don't ignore the reorder cart. prompt
These cartridges are far too pricey, especially given that the silly machine takes four of them, and it won't print if even one is empty. No warning. It just....stops printing. Having said that, it's good quality printing. But pay attention to the reorder prompt, so that you've got the spare in reserve.

Good Product but too pricey.
Toner (in general) is way too expensive for the relatively low number of pages produced; however, I need color within my documents and I have had good luck in longevity with HP products overall.

Quality Control needs to be tweaked
If have had reasonably good success with this product until February 2011. I purchased this product and only got 3 weeks usage from it. Previously I had been averaging around 6 - 7 months usage. Very expensive for the actual yield.
I am very disappointed with the yield of the product. I would not purchase this printer knowing the acutual yield. Print is fine.

Price is too much.
Can get generic toner at a third of the cost and works just as well. At [$] each x 4 it is cheaper buying a new printer each time and selling the old one on [...].
