empoyye of the month
this a great product to use for our employee of the month program. each one of our hand write these awards. This adds personal touch for our manager and employee. each employee picture is incorporated on the award and frame then is presented to the employye at their monthly staff meeting

Not Metallic
The description is inaccurate at best - there is no metallic on either the gold, silver, or green, just a flat gray, brown, and green color. I will be returning my purchase and will mention false advertising in my return.

Again, a good value, but the picture I saw on screen did not seem to match what I received. I expected a lot more gold.
