Excellant service.
I had gone to my local Staples around 7pm last Monday. While there I discovered that they had none of this cartridge in stock. I was in the muddlie of my project too. wasted money
im sure the ink is fine, but after the printer went through all of the head cleaning i was out of ink (magenta) again before i can even print a page and the printer wont print grayscale if one of the colored inks are out. but i found a solution... buy a new printer and when the sample ink runs out toss the printer and buy a new one... seems to be cheaper this way

Epson Ink Jet Refills
My older inkjet refills are no longer available as individual refills at the stores, but you can still get them online. Delivery was very fast, 2 days max.
