Excellant service.
I had gone to my local Staples around 7pm last Monday. While there I discovered that they had none of this cartridge in stock. I was in the muddlie of my project too. wasted money
im sure the ink is fine, but after the printer went through all of the head cleaning i was out of ink (magenta) again before i can even print a page and the printer wont print grayscale if one of the colored inks are out. but i found a solution... buy a new printer and when the sample ink runs out toss the printer and buy a new one... seems to be cheaper this way

Hard to find single Epson cartridge
Priced a little high vs other sources but Staples had it and no one else did with free shipping as well. Single Espon 99 and 98 cartridges are getting hard to find and the printers that use them often need just 1 or 2. They are expensive no matter where found. Staples came thru and I got the one I needed and saved money over not being forced to buy the 5 cartridge pack....

Ink Cartridge Registers Only Half Full
Ordered three different Epson ink cartridges and so far have installed the Cyan and the Magenta. Cyan looks fine but the Magenta only registers as half full when I installed it.
