Excellant service.
I had gone to my local Staples around 7pm last Monday. While there I discovered that they had none of this cartridge in stock. I was in the muddlie of my project too. wasted money
im sure the ink is fine, but after the printer went through all of the head cleaning i was out of ink (magenta) again before i can even print a page and the printer wont print grayscale if one of the colored inks are out. but i found a solution... buy a new printer and when the sample ink runs out toss the printer and buy a new one... seems to be cheaper this way

Replacement
Okay, it's an ink cartridge replacement. It does what it does, print. Reasonably priced, quick delivery, good packaging and a quality product. Forget about the almost like but a little less expensive replacements. Dish out the few extra dollars. You'll need that printer to work remember tax time is right around the corner.
