Excellant service.
I had gone to my local Staples around 7pm last Monday. While there I discovered that they had none of this cartridge in stock. I was in the muddlie of my project too. wasted money
im sure the ink is fine, but after the printer went through all of the head cleaning i was out of ink (magenta) again before i can even print a page and the printer wont print grayscale if one of the colored inks are out. but i found a solution... buy a new printer and when the sample ink runs out toss the printer and buy a new one... seems to be cheaper this way

Single ink cartridge
SO nice to not have to buy a whole box with colors that I don't need. Most stores will not sell just one color, so I was thrilled to find the one I needed at a very reasonable price!

Not much ink
I installed this cartridge to print Christmas cards and in no time it was down to half full. Wish it was available in the high capacity version, but apparently you can only buy that as a set with the other colors, not separately. Poor marketing, Epson.

I have one of the few printers that will print color on to CDs and DVDs... I know there is not as much of a need anymore, but Staples is the only place I’ve found that still carries the ink.
