Doesn't have locking wheels?
I got this cart specifically because of the lockable wheels. But when it arrived and I went to put it together I discovered it doesn't in fact have lockable wheels. Misleading

Pricey but gets the job done
Happy to say that all parts were in the box! I ordered this vs other brand (which would have been almost half the price) because I needed it immediately and it was available vs a 3 plus day wait. We've already used it many times to pick up deliveries and move things around the office. It was a bit challenging to put together because of the awkwardness of the placement ...
