What I expected
I needed to replace my toner cartridge recently and picked the Lexmark brand over a knockoff generic replacement.
I purchased the 2000 page yield cartridge since it was the best deal between the 1K yield & the 2K yield (I'd never use the 4000 page yield at this point).

Great Printer-great cartridge. The problem is always that when one runs out another is close behind. So I am always ordering cartridges. Thank goodness for Staples free shipping and online prescence. Toner output might be average
I use the machine for a small business. The amount of pages I print before a toner cartridge needs to be replaced is probably average. If I was to buy a new laser color printer I would especially check the reviews on how many actual pages each toner cartridge prints.

You do not get 2000 prints out of this!
I do not feel that this product should be labeled high yield. It in no way produces 2000 copies.

High yeild Print cartridges
We brought this printer in August 2009. The print quality is excellent but the life of the print cartridges are terrible. The High yeild cartridges only last about 300 - 400 pages which is not exceptable for our use. We now may have to look into getting another brand printer.

runs out at 200-400 pages not 2,000
the ink runs out around 200 pages not 4,000 like its states on the box etc.
