short lived
This cartridge felt empty when I put it in the printer. It only lasted two weeks for no more than 500 copies...supposed to print 2 500 copies. The magenta cartridge is leaving a red stripe down the right hand side of paper.

Great service
I stopped in the store one afternoon and they did not have the toner I needed, the saleslady ordered it for me in the store and it was delivered to my home the next day at noon. That service was very impressive!

I have owned many a printers in our day I love this printer! It is so easy to change the ink and in 3 years with heavy use. The cartridge change is very easy
