can't sign in
Went to south huntsville store and they setup me an account and password. [email protected] and i input a password. Could sign-in a store but when i got home and tried to sign in on my desktop computer password didn't work.??????

I was using an old cartridge to print my checks. once I replaced the cartridge and printed the first check I was so pleased. The ink cartridge gives professional results I recommend it to anyone.

GOOD TONER HAS BECOME QUITE EXPENSIVE
STAPLES STAFF WOMAN WAS EXTREMELY NICE. THEY WERE OUT OF THE TONER BUT HAD JUST OPENED THE LAST BOX OF 2 TONERS AND HAD ONE CARTRIDGE STILL IN PLASTIC WHICH THEY SOLD ME. WHAT A RELIEF.

Lower Toner
I wanted toner 5X but the store hasn’t had it for the last few times I have gone to the store. The 5X last longer than the 5A. I only purchased it because I needed a toner ASAP

Very nice people. They did an excellent job.
The toner cartridges were fine. I usually buy one but this time I decided to buy two to save about $40.

Amazing
This is the best HP 05A cartridge that I have ever seen. There is none like it. There is one a bit better overall: the HP 05X of course.

Easy ordering and delivered within a day
The product is fine and works as it should however it doesn’t come with installation directions. Pro tip: pull out the orange tab on the left side before inserting into your printer. You’d think HP would have been able to say that.
