Get maybe 1700 pages yield, if lucky
This toner does not get anywhere near 2300 page yield! HP claims its yield is "reasonable" at 1500-1700 . We are replacing this toner 3 times more often than the last model of the same printer. Very disappointed

Way too expensive toner
O5X is an incredibly high-priced toner for the copy volume it produces. I will therefore need to be purchasing a comparable replacement printer with a MUCH reduced toner cost for the same or higher copy volume. My annual toner savings by doing so will be very substantial. Otherwise 05X "technically" performs as promised.

Associate gave me cartridge that did not fit.
I was in the store with my empty cartridge asking for help to replace it. The associate told me "this cartridge will fit, it gives more copies than the one you brought in". I got it back and my secretary put it into the printer and the cartridge got stuck because it did not fit. When I removed it, one of the plastic tabs broke off. Possibly a faulty item
Great shipping but product lacks! There is a black stripe running down the right side of the paper that I can't seem to get to leave. It gets so bad sometimes that it folds the paper onto itself. I will make do in this time of crisis as I can't afford another $194 cartridge but I try to use this for work.
