Battery labeling
I have several different APC back up batteries and you have to do a deep dive to figure out which battery goes with each back up batteries.

Super simple battery replacement
Thanks for making it super easy to replace battery in this critical device. I live in Florida where thunderstorms are a daily occurrence all summer, plus hurricanes. ESSENTIAL here

APC Genuine RBC2 Replacement Battery
This battery is an exact replacement battery for a BK500 UPS. This battery is replacing another RBC2 which was replaced 6-1/2 years ago. This replacement battery is 12 volt. It is a good ideal to check the voltage before replacing. Don't take for granted that your replacement is fully charged. My replacement had been refurbished 17 months ago. It checked at 12.1 volts.

EZ replace, EZ recycle old battery
Always buy APC replacement batteries so there's no question about safety or reliability. Plus, recycling was a breeze. Thanks to APC's recycling guide I found a source that included a shipping label for free UPS transport to the facility.

So far so good !
On the second day after replacing my APC UPS battery, the supply to my house "glipped" - it was nice to hear the reassuring bleep and my PC stayed on - great. Hopefully paying twice the price of a "no-name" (made in Vietnam as China was to expensive !) battery ensures it will last for many years.

APC 500 still working great!
This is the second replacement battery I have needed for my APC 500 Which I have been using for more than a decade. It has been a terrific back up and a comfort knowing my computer has a safeguard. APC replacement Battery for my diehard Backup 300.
Im Hoping that these batteries continued to be made. I use this old unit to back up my modem and Wi-Fi in case of power disruptions.
