Big Leakers
Our Vehicle Registration Department that are the users of this product complain how these pens leak terribly, they are ruining their clothes and by the end of the day their hands are yellow, we have used this brand of markers for over a decade but probably the last 2 years the product quality has diminished, however we have tried other markers and these work best in our...
