Printhead went out a month later
Bought this on 6/15. It went out again on 7/29. HP wont accept the serial number even though it says it is still in warranty. Major speed bump, we really need to print. Would not recommend the plotter we're using.

I purchase for a University which is tax exempt. I followed all the instructions via personal phone call with customer rep. Faxed tax info 3 times over 4 day period. Still got charged tax.
