First order from Staples
We needed a printhead for our plotter, so I decided to try Staples online order and was pleased with the experience. Delivery was fast and accurate. Thank You Staples.

Printhead went out a month later
Bought this on 6/15. It went out again on 7/29. HP wont accept the serial number even though it says it is still in warranty. Major speed bump, we really need to print. Would not recommend the plotter we're using.
