HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

product was defective
The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

Too expensive...
I love the crispness of laser, but just wish they would make the product more affordable. Also, they say you get 3,500 per cartridge...but I don't think so. Sure does seem to run out in a hurry. HP is a good product, but would use another brand if I could find one at a lesser price.

I like the sharpness of tone/color
I would buy a less expensive brand if the tone and sharpness were equal to this product. Until a product of equal quality is available I will stay with HP Toner Cartridges. It stands up to the heavy volume of printing.

good ink for a good printer
have gone through a lot of desktop printers. The HP Color Laser Jet CP2025 is great and the installation of the ink cartridges is the easiest I have ever handled...and never any ink on me...literally can be done in less than 5 mins.

The price of this dual pack is still kind of expensive for me, but compare to the single one, this is "Economic" for regular daily use.

Price Rip-Off
I need a new cartridge every month. I would never recommend the HP Color LaserJet CM2320MFP because of how expensive the toner cartridges are and how often they have to be replaced.

Too expensive for # of pages output
Too expensive; only get maybe 2,500 pages, about 1/4 of pages you get from regular size toners at less price. However, with the "two-pack" the price is about the same as regular size toner, but regular size puts out 10,000 pages.

Great Product, but expensive!
Cartridges can always be more efficient (i.e. more pages per cartridge).
Cartridge is easy to install and remove - never had a problem with that.
Price is ridiculous for these cartridges! But the dual-pack helps alleviate that pain...
