Ink does not last long in printer!
My son could just print 100 to 150 pages of regular school home work over a period of 2 months,then all of the toners is empty. This happens after an update of the printer software from the HP. Something fishy going on with the HP printer update software!

I am sorry that you encountered this problem with the cartridges you ordered. I am sorry to hear about this.
It is highly unlikely that an update of the printer's software could drain the cartridges. However, if it appears a cartridge started out low, or is defective, you can reach out to us about that.

Hp ink for HP printers
I have tried off brands of ink but HP has made their pribters to only accept HP supplies. I've been nursing my Officejet 7500 for over 10 years. It is sluggish very slow in printing loses settings but I can't afford another all in one machine.

news to me
Did not know that the individual cartridges hold a lot more ink than when they are packed in the "set of 3 plus black" which always looked like a better price. So did I save any money on buying the set? Seems almost like a bait and switch.

Staples in Monroe Michigan
I live in Adrian Mi. Staples in Adrian NEVER has Cartridges. I had to drive 35 miles to Monroe. I called first and talk to Marisela & she was so helpful. When I got there I bought 5 cartridges. Marisela was also the checkout. GREAT SERVICE.

For some reason the color just is not as sharp as the last set of 920's that I purchased. I am disappointed.

Two different new cartridges didn't work in the new printer
We purchased a new Officejet Pro printer and when the ink that came with it ran out we put in new HP ink cartridges. The magenta didn't work so we put in ANOTHER new magenta it also didn't work. The printer still said to remove the magenta cartridge and reinstall (for both brand new cartridges.) I called HP and they sent out another new HP cartridge. It worked. Who kn...
