A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

HP 920XL Black Ink Cartridge
Cartridge is too small to have a long lifespan. But, it does do well on any document and the dark ink is legible and does not run. Easy to install and to remove and recycle.

It keeps on printing & i keep my $.
I previously had a earlier Hp printer that consumed color ink while just printing B&W even though there was a separate black ink cartirge. Nice change. the separate ink cartiges save money too by only replacing a color as you consume it.

Lasts a bit longer than the regular size
We have a home office. My husband doesn't use the computer so I have to print everything that comes in for him. So, we need a lot of ink.
