A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Hp920xl Black ink
Black does most of the work needed; lasts about 5-6 months for my uses. Can't wait for HP to lower the price or come out with less expensive ink for this printer; too expensive for all colors at one time.

Not always a full cartridge???
Some have very short lives. Very frustrating when they are so expensive. We get it. You sell the printer for a reasonable price and make your money on the ink. I think I will go to [...] and have the cartridges filled even though you threaten that it will invalidate your service.

not as black or long lasting
I print documents for my new business. I have been purchasing my ink from Staples. It seems like I get darker ink from their HP ink cartridges and about 140 more pages than from the HP cartridges I have purchased from you. Why is that?

Ink reorder
I am very happy with HP service related to my purchase of ink replacement cartridges. I always use HP ink because of bad experences with non HP cartridges. You can't go wrong with the best.

Bad cartridge?
The last 2 black cartridges I have purchased have not worked. I do not know why. The colored ones were replaced at the same time and they work fine. I cannot seem to find out why it will not work!!

920 XL printer cartridge
The XL is the only way to go. It lasts much longer than the regular cartridge so is definitely worth the extra money especially if you print a great deal as I do

Never another HP product
All HP cartridges, yes all, never print the amount they claim and i have spoken to HP many time regarding my printer, replaced twice in two years, and I will replace it as soon as my warranty is up.
