A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Good size
Like the printer, but wish the ink was less expensive. Using it frequently is costly.

Price is too high
Reduce the price of ink cartridges. Also make it so I can get cash upon returning spent ink cartridges instead of looking for an email and then having to purchase something.

Low quanity and low quantity.
It is passable for everyday documents but cartridges need frequent replacement and are expensive. I don't print a lot of pictures; however, when I do, the quality of prints is low. I am comparing volume and print quality to an "Other Brand" low end printer which I owned previously.

Hard to Install
I had trouble loading this into my printer. Had to redo several times before the printer worked. Took over half an hour and almost had to call for help.

Great ink!
The only problem is that it gets drained when you have to replace the color cartridges. It can take away a third of the ink on the ink monitor.
It did last almost 2 full semesters at college, printing a lot of papers.

dependable and excellent results
I demand high quality in my printing of financial materials for my clients. Fine details and clear, easily read materials. I print on high end and heavy paper. My results have been without exception . . . great. Often the quality is noted by the viewers of the presentations . . . It makes a difference!

It's ok
I buy the XL size in black, however, only because I have to buy this type. The black cartridge release too much ink, it smears easily and is, at best, an underperformer.
