A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Better value than the regular size
Much better to get the XL than the regular size cartridge, it last longer and better value for your money

I am very sorry that your cartridge did not work very long. It is understandable why you rated this so low.
It is a good idea to check how full the cartridge is when you first insert it. Sometimes there are used or counterfeit cartridges out there. If a new cartridge appears to not be full, you can look into returning it.
Here are some things that might help your ink usage:
- Set the printer to draft mode whenever possible
- Shut the printer down between uses
- Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying

COLORS FINE, BLACK INK DOES NOT WORK
I recently purchased HP 920XL cartridges directly from you. Now my black ink will not print making my printer useless. I have tried cleaning the cartridges 5-6 times and that makes no improvement. Absolutely no black ink prints but the other colors now seem fine on the test print. I can not successfully find help from HP,

Delivery
I ordered a printer ink cartridge and it took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I tracked it and it went all over the country. I love your products but faster delivery (without a large extra charge), would be greatly appreciated.

Too expensive
These ink cartridges are overpriced and the hardware is programmed to disallow alternative ink cartridges or cartridge refills. It shouldn't cost $100 to replace all the ink cartridges for a 5+ year old printer. Looking for a more cost effective printer.
