A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Great products and customer service!!
As usual it is a great product. I always use HP ink for my HP printer. The customer service is as wonderful and helpful as the products.

Easy to install but remind consumers that you need to use your printer on a more consistent basis otherwise your ink will dry up and create issues for your printer head.

Ink cartridges
Cartridges were delivered in record time. Very efficient and easy to use your web site for ordering. Haven't installed yet as still have ink in old cartridges but I don't foresee any problems. Excellent service and will order again from you.
