A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Works extremely well in HP OIfficejet
The XL cartridge is my preference because it lasts much longer and performs very well.

Excellent
The product is good. I have peace of mind since it is the original cartridge.
The purchase is good. when I ran out of Ink, just went to the website and order.. the next day the cartridge is at my doorstep. That too with free shipping. -- Can't ask for anything better.

I like the larger XL cartridge.

I bought these on a 3 for the cost of 2 offer. My previous order--the same time--was for a 3 for 2 order on the 3 color cartridges. But when I tried to add the black cartridges on that order, it would not give me the 3 for 2 discount. So I entered a second oder for the black--which is the order I am responding on. With the two orders, I wound up in total with everthing ...

Had to call C.S., the first cartrige was defective. Customer Service was very helpful and I received a replacement product the next day. The replacement one is exellent.

For some reason, when I buy this cartridge at Staples it is hit or miss as to whether or not it will work in my printer. I don't know if they are stored in a humid area but sometimes I put them in my printer they just don't work. At other times, they work just fine.
