A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

As Always, excellent
as a rule, in fact always before-excellent, however I have only had it in a few days and the yellow is saying it needs to be replaced? I use a lot of ink, I make cards! Wouldn't use anything else but HP

Let's talk about ink...
My first HP Desktop's Ink Cartridge (Black only)lasted at least a year of constant use back in the mid 1990's and always produced sharp lines, text, numbers and images until it needed replacing.
Now I'm lucky to get a few months from each cartridge on my HP All-In-One printer with very infrequent use.

920XL's for the money
The 920XL's are the better cartridges for my new printer compared to the regular 920's for the money. It's a 1 hour drive to get new cartridges, so they have to last and the XL's do that for me.

beautiful color. very few pages printed
This ink ran out faster than any I have ever printed with, which makes it to expensive for everyday use. Best used when very good quality prints are needed.
