A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

HP 920XL color ink, all 3 colors
I put the ink in my printer today. My printer is not recognizing any of the 3 cartridges I brought. I brought one of each color, because they all were almost out.
I noticed my previous cartridges had a letter on them corresponding with the ink color and these do not. They just have the color. Also they were the last ones you had on display.

Ink cartridges damaged
It's time to buy another brand of printer. The HP printer cartridges have been very difficult to install in the printer. I have wasted money on sticking with this printer because of the trouble it is to install the cartridges.

The ink cartridge looks great, but it's hard to tell if it functions since my printer ink carriage is malfunctioning. LOL I'll be reaching out to customer support in the near future.

cartridge doesn't work with printer
bought new cartridge for printer and printer will not recognize the cartridge, able to reinstall old cartridge and it is recognized so printer works, new cartridge doesn't.

I cannot rate your product without my printer.
I bought the whole set, Magenta, Yellow, and Cyan for my "HP Officejet 7000 Wide Format printer. The only problem is that the printer now will not work! I don't see how it could be a fault of the new cartridges. Hopefully I can get the printer going again.

Cartridge doesn’t work
I installed the cartridge, it is recognized as new but the print test fails. No ink comes out in spite that the ink level is full. Printheads cleaning didn’t help.

I apologize you had difficulty printing. If you can, check the ink monitor. Does it say the ink is full? If not, the ink might be empty. If there is ink, try to reinsert the cartridge. Check the printheads and ensure they are clear of dried ink. If you still can't get the cartridge to work, visit www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. Our support team is happy to assist you.
