A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Our Staples didn't have the high yield for magenta. The staff quickly ordered it for me on Thursday. I was expecting it on Monday. I was surprised to see it arrive the next day!

I purchased the wrong ink cartridge of all the times many websites ask are you sure this would’ve been a good time LOL I purchased 920 instead of the 902 that I needed

Two different new cartridges didn't work in the new printer
We purchased a new Officejet Pro printer, and when the ink that came with it ran out we put in new HP ink cartridges. The magenta didn't work so we put in ANOTHER new magenta, it also didn't work. The printer still said to remove the magenta cartridge and reinstall (for both brand new cartridges.) I called HP and they sent out another new HP cartridge. It worked. Who kn...
