A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!
I just wanted to post this clarification because the 920XL ink cartridge for black is physically bigger than the one for the regular 920 black. XL ...

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Lower Yield Than Advertised
I use the product daily and my only complaint is that I do not get anywhere near 700 pages in terms of yield. I use it to print general documents that include pages from email, some internet sites, as well as internal documents that require some color, and feel it is too expensive for the yield I get.

Hope this goes the distance -
Wish I could add more information, but I just received the cartridges on Friday and have used them only for these several days. Not enough time to give opinion on the lasting qualities of the color or the cartridge itself.

Product is expensive.
The product is expensive. It leaves smudges on the printers rollers after each change.

Although quality and ease of replacement is good, I am not getting anywhere near the 700 pages of output that is represented.

HP Ink
I use the ink for personal and business so it gets a lot of use. The XL is definately the way to go; otherwise the replacement would be much more frequent.

The ink is okay, just small quantity.
Personal home use - even though I only use it for printing personal documents the quantity of the ink is rather limited.

Typical HP
HP markets a poorly designed printer, then charges top dollar for a high capacity cartrige that lasts only half as long as advertised. Typical HP. Never again.
