A Clarification...
For all those purchasing 920XL color ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow), know that the dimensions of them are exactly the same as those of the regular 920 color ink cartridges. There is simply more ink in the cartridges!

920 ink and 6500 printer
Terrible ink performance and incorrect out of ink prompts. You may get 30 prints and then the out of ink message comes on, but you will get another 200 prints so just ignore the prompt

Great Ink
As always, this cartridge worked perfectly and was easy to install. It gets 4 stars and not 5 because it is too expensive for small businesses on tight budgets!

GREAT PRODUCT
I ordered this product so I would not have to run out to our local store (about 45 minutes away) for pick up. Delivery was extremely prompt as the date for delivery was indicated when ordering. The printer ink was delivered on time. The pricing for the one cartridge was very reasonable. I'm extremely pleased with the purchase

excellent product
I had been refilling cartridges for years, but on-line pricing is only $1 more than the COSTCO refill. The free next day shipping and not having to fight thru the COSTCO parking lot makes the on line ordering a "no brainer" decision!!!! Especially having the "ink level" indicator back. Thanks HP!!!

Very easy to install .
The replacement ink are design specifically for HP printers and are easy to install. The delivery was very fast saving trips to suppliers for more ink. Also included are the bags to return spent ink holders to HP to recycle.

HP 920 Cyan Ink Cartridge has been just great. Excellent quality printing and I got credit for the returned cartridge. It is easy to install and seems to last a long time making it a great value. Actually, all the 920 cartridges are a great value and are always available at Staples.

Best Cartridge Ever!
I USE THESE GENUINE HP 920 ink cartridges all the time and I only purchase them through Staples. I have never had any issues on the product or quality. I will keep buying them as long as I have this printer.
