The cartridges are difficult to remove long nose pliers help. Color good price was below [@] for the Combo 4 pack.

started cheap everyone bought
when these 1st came out it was a great idea but when eyeryone had these printers the price gouging began

It's a must!
If you are a moderate to heavy user High Yield cartridges are the way to go! Save yourself that extra trip.

Can't really be a good judge.
Primary use: both. Our printer 8500+ was purchased last May 2011. Now it is being replaced b/c they could not fix the print problems. The original inks lasted until Jan. 2012 but that doesn't seem that great. Of couse being originals they might not have had that much ink in them. We did NOT like that when the cartridge was empty it gave no warning the printer jus...

Happy with this product
The fact that they package all the needed colors together is a huge plus. Makes changing the ink jets a no-brainer.

Great named product for less.
We have three inkjet printers I'm the office. I maintain one each color cartridges at each printer. Great ease of swapping out empty cartridge and inserting new one. Added plus is rewards offered by Staples for used cartridge recycling. Plus plus.

keep crisp lines bright colors
great features on this printer and the cartridges give good color... just not designed for busy home-based business. Still best choice for this start-up's budget and grateful for quality print.

Why XL Black and Non-XL Colors
I was disappointed to learn that while the pack included a high capacity black cartridge all the colors were lo capacity cartridges. Whay aren't all cartridges high capacity?
