I purchased this mat as a replacement for the one in my office. I reviewed as all of them. I made sure to order one that was for low carpet. The size and shape was right and thinking the price must mean it's better than the rest so I purchased it. I HATE THIS MAT! Even thought I had a $30 coupon it isn't worth HALF of what I paid for it. It worked for me.
I bought the carpet mat and it was as described. I haven't had it long enough to determine if I leaves wheel dents. Unlike some description saying it was too small, well it works for me because I am hemmed in on three sides with desk, book shelve and file cabinets. I Love It
I love it because it conforms to the curve of the wheels on my chair and is more user friendly for a home office than a rectangular mat which has the appearance of being strictly for a commercial space.

Nice, sturdy floor mat for a corner desk
This floor mat is very sturdy and just what I needed for my medium-pile carpet. It stays put, my chair rolls on and off easily and the size is just right for my corner desk.

Yes it did crack but.....
I will be the first to admit that I am hard on floor mats. Mats that I had previously purchased cracked within a year, and were totally useless soon after. I purchased this mat 3 years ago, and I am just now replacing it. It is smooth and flexible and did not yellow at all. It is best on low pile carpet. I would recommend this fully knowing that it will eventually crack...

I would buy it again and again.
I had bought one this size 39"x49" about 9 years ago; just recently it started to break up where the wheels were in contact with it. From what I've read from other reviewers on other chairmats buying this chairmat is a no brainer. It's a bit costly, but you usually get what you pay for.

I would buy this product again.
This mat is good and firm. Some mats allow your wheel to make an indention and then they get stuck in the indention. Not this mat. This is very good quality and is much better than other mats. It also has a lifetime warranty which others do not. Happy customer.

This replaces a thiner, similar shaped chair mat that was softer and prone to wheel intentions with prolonged sitting. I immediately noticed the firmness of the mat and was able to sit comfortably and roll after static loading of the mat in one place for a prolonged period of time. No wheel indentions! I purchased this floormat after trying several low cost brands. I purchased this product Sept. 2009, by March is was cracking and falling apart. I have called Staples twice to get this replace. contour floor mat
I have purchased many floor mats that seem to crack over time and I have to replace them. This seems to be very durable. My chair rolls better than it ever has and I don't sink into the mat like I did with the other mats. This seems like it will last a very long time. I highly recommend it at this time.
