It came I sat I conquered
It is definitely a chair. No doubt about it. Assembly took about 15 minutes. It is rather heavy so you might need 2 people to put it together. I like it. Your mileage may vary.

Annoying
I bought this chair and really liked the comfort but the chair height will not stay in place it keeps lowing to the lowest height and I have to constantly raise it up. It is very annoying doing this all day long.

Verdict Is Still Out
I have the exact same model in my home office for about 8 years or so and it is still like new. I bought this one for my work office. Quality of assembly was fairly good and simple. Lower Quality
I had the older version of this chair so when I needed another bought this. The fabric is a bit thinner which has been holding up for a year now. The problem I am having is that the chair squeaks like crazy when you recline back. I have to now go and figure out where the noise is coming from and hopefully apply some grease to it. superior chair
so very adjustable to find the right fit for every individual. Love love love this chair and just bought a new one after six years with my previous one. Great durability and the only reason I bought a new one was because the old one was getting kind of dirty. Mechanically it was still as good as brand new

Good chair. Had two repeat issues fixed
This is a comfortable chair. I've had it for 10 years. The padding is still in good shape but I've had the same issue twice. The internal parts of the back are made of plastic and twice after about 5 years they snapped making the back no longer sturdy. The first time it was replaced under warranty. Seat Cushion is not what it used to be!
I bought this same chair December 2011 and now again September 2023 so 12 years of using it some 8 hours per day and it's been AWESOME! Bought a new one and the seat cushion has me sitting on the wooden base within 1 month of use. It's basically like the cushion of the 12 year old chair is now if not worse. I just don't get it. The seat itself is not as cushiony I weigh 200. Lb and after like 15 minutes my but starts to hurt it’s already put together was hoping to exchange it

All quality All adjustments
Everything is quality from steel to fabric. All adjustments are available. The fixed shape of the variable height lumbar support may not be preferred over the flexible support on the otherwise same chair with a web back.

It's a really nice chair but...
It's a really nice chair however the directions are incomplete. For example the backrest post in my picture has grooves but the one in their image does not. It was hard to determine whether the grooved end should go into the backrest or the mechanism. Also I am usually able to put things together by myself but I needed to get help on a few things. Great chair
I bought this chair a long time ago from staples. With back problems I can sit in this chair all day with no soreness. It has stand ed up to the test of time. The fabric has no wear at all. Only thing that happened I leaned hard on the left arm rest and it cracked the vinyl. It is worth the money!!

Thus is the second one I’ve purchased in 15 years. I did try a different chair that was less expensive but it wasn’t adjustable & definitely uncomfortable. When I was able I order this second chair and it’s very comfortable & because it’s adjustable I’ve been able to use it for my sewing chair as well a my office chair

Great chair!
My office has the mesh back version of this model and I like it so much I bought it for home. I work from home and this chair is super comfortable and supportive during 8 hour work days. 5/5 for sure!

Instructions are wrong
Instructions say to put arm bracket on chair with arrow pointing out. This is backwards. Wide part of bracket must face out with arrow facing in. Besides being wrong instructions are very limited mostly pictures. I did call customer service but I don't think they believed me. Chair itself seems very well made and heavy duty. Good luck putting it together.

Best Chair
High quality excellent all day comfort easy assembly and fully adjustable. Heavy and solid. Not a standard chair that pretends to be comfortable. It IS comfortable non-fatiguing and a pleasure to sit in for both work and relaxing. I believe it to be the best office chair you could ever own.

Great Office Chair
This is the third Tempur-Pedic TP4000 I have purchased. These chairs are professional looking and the memory foam seat is comfortable for the entire day. I currently have one over 10 years old and it is as comfortable today as the day I bought it.

Over heats the body
This chair overheats the body. Can't sit on this chair more than 10 minutes.

Super Comfortable Office Chair
