Best chair ever
Such a great chair! I’ve had one for almost 6 years now and have had zero issues with it. My wife started working from home so we bought her one for her office. You can sit in this chair for hours without any pressure points. It’s been worth every dollar in my opinion.

Very Noisy Shock

Great chair at a great price
We have purchased this chair several times through Staples. The employees really like the comfort. It has lasted 4 years with heavy use by multiple employees. It started falling down when people would sit in it so we decided it needed to be replaced.

Best Office Chair
This is the 2nd Tempur-Pedic TP9000 chair I've had in 17 years. My old one was replaced with a different office brand and I was greatly disappointed. This chair offers great support and height adjustments for proper posture.

Tilt knob will not turn
Chair seems comfortable but the tilt knob will not turn no matter how hard you try. Without it the chair sits up extremely straight which hurts my back and hips. Will attempt to return.

Worth every penny
I usually buy office chairs for around $100. They don't last. I can tell this is much better quality and will last.
I bought it for the tempurpedic seat. At work they brought us a demo and it was so amazing that I came home and ordered one for home. The foam support and the mesh back are a joint and back saver.

Just OK
It's just ok. Unfortunately the chair is not as comfortable as I had hoped. It causes me some back pain and thigh pain. I don't know if I am too short or the lumbar is in the wrong spot and not adjustable but I had high hopes and kind of let down with this chair.

Great quality, very comfortable.
My husband is an online tutor and spends hours sitting down. He recently started complaining that his butt gets sore so we tried several cushions.
I finally got him this one and he's very happy with it. It's relatively easy to put together, was decently priced and is of very high quality. He's a happy camper.

Best Chair
I went to my local Staples and tried every chair there. This one was the only comfortable one that I could tolerate as I have severe back issues. It is light and easy to move; excellent back support; just plain comfortable. It is a pleasure for me to sit at the computer now.

Poorly made chair
I should have tried this at the store prior to purchase. Instead, I ordered it online and have had nightmares ever since.
The instructions were poor, it appears parts were missing, and the holes where we're meant to put the appropriate screws were too narrow, too shallow, or partially covered with fabric.
I was able to assemble... something... that looks like a chair...

Comfortable
I just got the chair this week and I am very happy so far. It is comfortable, there is enough give on the back that I do not feel ram-rod straight, and I like how the arms can adjust both up-down and in-out.

Comfortable Chair
I suffer with lower back pain and find it difficult to find a computer chair that agrees with my back. Finally, I have found it! This chair gives me excellent support and is very comfortable for extended time at my computer. Very happy with my purchase.
