Tried and true model amazing cushion
This chair is the best! The seat is so comfortable! I work at home and can sit in it for many hours and the cushion stays supportive without flattening out at all. I’ve had one at my primary home for a few years and was pleasantly surprised to find that Staples still carries it so I was able to order another one for my second home. Thanks Staples!

So uncomfortable!
I had high hopes for this chair after seeing all the great reviews. It was a little tricky to put together but with some help over the phone I managed it. But it's not comfortable at all. The seat is too hard and the angle of the back isn't supportive. I was going to buy two of these but now wish I hadn't bought any.

Tried and true model amazing cushion

Manufacturer defect
I have a Tempur-Pedic chair at my office that I have had for about 8 years and it is the best chair I have ever owned. I purchased this one for my home office. The back bar was bent the wrong way in manufacturing and will not work to attach the chair back to the base. Chair with large seat
This chair has all the features you get from a much more expensive brand. As a petite woman however I find the seat too deep for comfort and need to add a pillow to decrease the depth.

12 Years and Still Going Strong
I have used this chair for at least 12 years at my work office. It is a sturdy high quality and comfortable chair. Mine has held up well to heavy use and a multi-state move. Best Office Chair
This is the 2nd Tempur-Pedic TP9000 chair I've had in 17 years. My old one was replaced with a different office brand and I was greatly disappointed. This chair offers great support and height adjustments for proper posture.

Seat cushion not thick enoug
High quality chair but the seat cushion is a disappointment. I have a tempurpedic bed and this seat is not dense or thick enough provide adequate cushioning. I’m 190lbs and will bottom out the seat cushion after 10mins of sitting. Returning this for a mesh bottom chair.

Great Chair
I have had mine for 11 years and just now bought another one. I sit on it my chair at least 6 to 8 hours a day with no problems. I look forward to the new one being just as good. Had black cushion on old one and going to gray on new one.

Seat has no support
I wanted to love this chair and desperately need one that supports my painful hips and pelvis. But this is not it. The seat just sinks all the way down and you feel the bare metal below. This is how it was for me. Maybe I got a dud.

Great computer desk top chair!
Comfort and seating are great! Great for my back which can act up after a while seating at computer. Yet no problem with the design of this chair. Along with the excellent Tempur-Pedic seat cushion! Perfect for me and my back!

I had one of these chairs at my last job and was grateful to be able to order one for my new office! Love Love Love this chair! Great support and the chair depth provides good lumbar support for us "not so tall" folks!

Comfortable fits me well
So far (only had it for a few days) the chair is supportive and comfortable. I purposely picked a model with few adjustments (few to break / wear out) and they seem to work fine and stay where I set them. The degree of the tilt-back feature is sufficient for me. Hardest foam you'll ever sit on
I will be returning. There's no padding on the seat it's just a brick of dense foam. I can buy a piece of lumber to sit on and get nearly the same experience for cheaper. Bummer cuz it's a nice looking chair.
