Best chair ever
Such a great chair! I’ve had one for almost 6 years now and have had zero issues with it. My wife started working from home so we bought her one for her office. You can sit in this chair for hours without any pressure points. It’s been worth every dollar in my opinion.

Very Noisy Shock
I don't write many reviews but felt impelled to write one about the noise this chair makes. I bought this chair six weeks ago to replace and old chair that was driving me crazy with squeaky wheels. So uncomfortable!
I had high hopes for this chair after seeing all the great reviews. It was a little tricky to put together, but with some help over the phone I managed it. But it's not comfortable at all. The seat is too hard and the angle of the back isn't supportive. I was going to buy two of these but now wish I hadn't bought any.

Comfortable so far
I ordered the burgundy and the color is a little darker than pictured - happy about that. It's very comfortable. The arms look hard, but they actually have some cushion.

Chair Excellent... for intent and comfort (pelvic, arthritic hip, "accomodation")! Six (6) pre-purchase instore "try-outs", before purchase. kjpikj Personal need to accomodate/pelvic(hip) arthritise.
The product availability and info resources in and through the store (AND computer systems) very frankly "failed" in and through the store. At total state of frustration, frankly, this 78-year old pushed, pursued, and (waisted a lot of time). finally executing the purchase totally on "your"(?) Tempur-Pedic system(?)!

Exceeded my expectations
I am very pleased with this chair. The cushion is very comfortable; I love the burgundy shade. Even for a non-engineer, assembly was not too difficult. Highly recommend.

TP9000 Mesh Task Chair
Was missing the Back Bar took a week to get it. Once we got the part and put it together I love it very comfortable. The best office chair I have ever had.

***AWESOME CHAIR***
This is one comfortable chair!!! I work from home and I sit approx. 8-10 hours a day. It is extremely soft. Lots of compliments on the color - Burgundy. Would but it again if I had to. You will not be disappointed if you purchased one. Also, I love the features it has. This is one fully loaded chair!!!

Relatively easy to assemble; follow the instructions. To date (one month since beginning use) the chair has performed exactly as advertised. New chair is fine so far.
The chair is very comfortable, sturdy, and easy to move around. It provides good back support.
It's great that Staples offered assembly service at a reasonable price, and the staff was very willing to work with our schedule to arrange for pick-up.
