Perfect Size
The name tags are extremely easy to load and design. The tags themselves are easy to separate once they're printed and easy to slide into the sleeves. The only downside is that the nametags get easily tangled if you're making a lot of tags.

Worked for what we needed, but did not last for three full days. The plastic is flimsy and only really good for one day events.

Good Quality
This set of labels and cords is well made. To print the labels, all I had to do was narrow the paper feed and they printed easily. (Only confusion is that the instructions said to set the printer to "card" mode, which my HP printer didn't have.) I wanted the clip-on kind of badges, but these with the string had a clearance tag and the price was about half of the price of the other style badges. Easy choice! Turned out nicely when printed.

Save Yourself the Headache & Go with the Full Page
These are horrible. I couldn't get them setup to run right through the printer. After fighting with it for who knows how long, I ended up having to print my names on plain paper, cut them to the right size and copy them off the glass onto the name cards. Absolute nightmare! If you want to hand write your names, these would be fine, but for printing they're absolute gar...

Not really what I wanted.
Staples used to sell a lighter weight version of this badge, and also a larger size in separate packets of maybe 10 or 20 at a REASONABLE PRICE! This new version is too heavy to use as a credit card/insurance card protective case (when laminating is not an option). Also, they are only sold in a boxed, expensive kit of 50 of everything you could want for name badges.

These are basic lanyards that will do the job for you. We changed out the lanyard string with holiday ribbon to make them more festive, but they are economical and the “badges” are easy to print. I would recommend, as always, to print a copy on paper first as I never seem to get the Avery template to fit exactly on the badge forms properly. Adjust your font sized and...

We had a difficult time setting up without a template and the shape of the name tags (in one column as opposed to 8”x11” format. The end product looks good and serves our purpose.

The half sheet doesn't always work right
Bought this because I didn't need the full 100/pack. It was an absolute disaster. First, I spent close to an hour figuring out how to configure my printer to take the half sheet (including setting up custom paper sizes in the printer). Avery Plastic hanging name badges
Tricky to set up with you computer, but once done, they do make nice, reusable badges. I think the price is too high--almost $1 per badge.
