I've never received a bad cartridge. Printer uses more of this ink. As expected.

read carefully
The cartridges are fine but be very careful in ordering I have a 3880 printer that takes T580 Cartridges. The sound-alike, look-alike T850 cartridges do not work!! Several times I learned this the hard way.

While it is great that Staples sold me Epson Ink for a high end printer I have and for a very good price, I am rather disappointed that black is the only color for my printer they sell.

Right size, fast delivery...
Usually I keep one cartridge ahead for my printer... especially BLACK. But I had 2 matte blacks and I needed a photo black. Staples to the rescue! Thanks for having the right ink and for shipping it to me quickly!!

The ink quality for this printer is wonderful. It produces large archival prints on a wide variety of photographic papers including metallic paper that you can print at home and get excellent, well controlled print quality. Epson ink cartridge is an excellent quality ink for exceptional print quality. The package arrived in excellent shape. While my order was delayed a day, I was informed that the shipping was delayed by both voicemail and an email. Excellent customer service.
