Poorly built.
I have always bought razor back shovels for the work I do. but I couldn't find one locally, so I decided to order one online. Bad choice! I like to inspect my tools so I can pick a good quality one, but didn't have that option this time. The handle isn't in all the way in so there is a gap between the handle and the metal.
